Injection Molding in Houston, Texas
The plant is here. The resin is here. The traffic is here. So is lunch.
Houston is not a territory we “serve from somewhere.” A&M Plastics is at 1502 Alabama Street in South Houston, off I-45, minutes from Hobby Airport. If you are in the Energy Corridor, the Ship Channel, The Woodlands, Katy, Pearland, or Pasadena, you can be on our floor the same afternoon.
Resin next door is a price and a lead time
The Gulf Coast is one of the largest petrochemical complexes on earth. Polyolefins and a long list of engineered resins are produced in this same metro. That is why material often costs less and shows up faster here than in most of the country. We are not romanticizing a flare stack. We are pointing at freight and feedstock.
Oil, gas, and the work that built the city
Refineries, midstream, and oilfield service still run this town. We mold components that live in that supply chain and we can tell you more about supplying the industry on the oil and gas industry page.
I-10, I-45, and construction that will not quit
Houston rebuilds its freeways the way other cities rebuild a porch. I-10 and I-45 have been a second job for a generation. Construction and safety products, the same work we already do, belong to the contractors stuck in that traffic. Make the part. Then sit in the same jam on the way home knowing the cone base came from Alabama Street.
Supporting Houston’s World Class Medical Industry
Houston is home to the Texas Medical Center, the largest medical complex in the world and a global leader in patient care and medical research. With more than 10 million patient encounters each year and more than 120,000 employees, TMC represents one of the largest concentrations of medical expertise and innovation anywhere in the world.
A&M Plastics is proud to support Houston’s growing medical and healthcare industry with custom plastic molding and manufacturing. From durable device housings and enclosures to handles, lab components, overloaded parts, caps, closures, and other non-implant medical components, our South Houston facility provides injection molding, two-shot molding, assembly, sonic welding, hot stamping, and other secondary operations. Being located just minutes away from the Texas Medical Center allows A&M Plastics to provide responsive, US based manufacturing support to medical device companies, laboratories, and healthcare product manufacturers throughout Houston and beyond.
Ninfa’s, Killen’s, and why we will take the meeting over lunch
This city’s food reputation is not branding. Ninfa’s on Navigation taught a lot of Houston what fajitas were supposed to be. Killen’s in Pearland and the barbecue arguments that follow are local theology. We will take a DFM meeting wherever you want it; plant conference room, your office, or after a plate. Share the prints.

Meet us in Houston
A&M Plastics will visit with you in Houston for a face to face DFM and part creation review. Bring a sketch, a STEP file, a sample, an overseas quote, or an existing mold. We will walk through wall thickness, gates, material, and press fit before anyone cuts steel.
Production resides in South Houston at 1502 Alabama Street. Ten presses from 100 to 1,100 tons, two-shot / overmolding, two extrusion lines, assembly, and drop shipping. You get a Texas shop that will sit at your table, not a portal and a 14 hour time zone.
Ask for a Houston meeting, Email hello@anmplastics.com, or Call (713) 941-1033.
