Unique Capabilities Is What We Are About

We have consistently had one of the largest presses in the state of Texas. We currently boast having an 1100 ton injection molding machine. We can make parts up to 13 pounds. We aren’t exclusive to large parts though. We also have machines ranging from 100 tons up to the aforementioned 1100 ton press.

In addition to having wide ranging conventional machines, we also have multiple two shot, or two color machines. With these machines, we have the ability to quickly supply you with overmolded parts, or with our dual color set up, we can use the machines to make unique colored/patterned parts.

The majority of our injection molding machines are equipped with robots, which we can use for in mold labeling or many other expanded abilities.

What else can we do you might ask? We also have extrusion molding capabilities. We can produce plastic sheets, plastic rods, plastic tubing, strips, or whatever shape your invention calls for.

Our pursuit is to be a one stop shop for our customers. So working with you doesn’t just stop at production. We can also do assembly, packaging, and drop shipping right here in our facility. If you would like to inquire about partnering with us, please contact us here.

Injection Molding

Injection Molding

An auger moves forward to inject polymer melt into a mold at high pressure, holds it, and adds more polymer melt to ensure the contraction due to cooling and solidification does not leave gaps in the final product.

Extrusion Plastic Molding

Extrusion Plastic Molding

The process involves a tube and when the tube reaches the desired length the mold is closed catching and holding the neck end open and pinching the bottom end closed. Then a blow-pin is inserted into the neck end of the hot tube to form the threaded opening and inflate the tube inside the mold cavity. When the mold is completely cooled it is opened to eject the bottle and the excess plastic is trimmed from the neck and bottom areas.
