Injection Molding in Lubbock, Texas
Wreck ’em. Then send the parts from Houston.
A&M Plastics proudly serves manufacturers and businesses across Lubbock and West Texas from our Texas based injection molding facility. Our connection to Lubbock goes beyond business, our team includes proud Texas Tech graduates who know the Hub City, understand the industries that drive West Texas, and still consider Lubbock a home away from home.
Whether you’re developing a new plastic component, looking to bring production back to Texas, or searching for a more responsive injection molding partner, A&M Plastics offers the capabilities of an established manufacturer with the accessibility of a Texas based team. From tooling and prototyping to high-volume production, assembly, and fulfillment, we help Lubbock area companies get parts made efficiently without relying on an overseas supplier.
And yes, when we’re back in Lubbock, there’s still a good chance the trip includes a stop at Spanky’s, Caprock Cafe, or somewhere along Broadway. Some things from our Texas Tech days haven’t changed.
West Texas people, West Texas weather
Lubbock is kind until the wind starts throwing the parking lot at you. Dust storms and high plains weather produce buyers who want parts that can withstand a beating. We mold for that temperament.
OPSol and Caprock
A&M Plastics developed the minishell adapter for OPSol, a Lubbock company. That adapter is the reason a Mossberg 500/590/Shockwave and Maverick 88 can run 1.75 inch minishells without rebuilding the gun. We also supplied products to what was formerly Caprock Manufacturing. Those are not borrowed logos. That is work that already ran.
Buddy Holly and Texas Instruments
Lubbock sent Buddy Holly into the world and later built TI calculators and TI-99 computers by the thousands in local plants. The music and the manufacturing streak are the same town: small, stubborn, and louder than the map suggests. If your product needs that kind of backbone, the conversation can start on Broadway and finish on a press in South Houston.

A meeting in Lubbock when we are already headed to a game
Meet us in Lubbock
A&M Plastics will come to Lubbock for a face to face DFM and part creation review. Bring a sketch, a STEP file, a sample, an overseas quote, or an existing mold. We will walk through wall thickness, gates, material, and press fit before anyone cuts steel.
Production resides in South Houston at 1502 Alabama Street. Ten presses from 100 to 1,100 tons, two-shot / overmolding, two extrusion lines, assembly, and drop shipping. You get a Texas shop that will sit at your table, not a portal and a 14 hour time zone.
